Return and Exchange Policy
1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
2. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Items can be returned within 5 days from the date of receipt. After 5 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact. Items that show signs of wear or have been damaged may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, and intimate apparel.
3. Return Process
- Request a Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@littlekichona.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns sent without a RAN may not be processed.
- Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of the original receipt and the Return Authorization Number.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error.
5. Exchanges
- Request an Exchange: To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at hello@littlekichona.com. If the replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
- Process: Follow the return process outlined above to return the original item. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the replacement item. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and any return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer. A replacement or refund will be issued based on your preference and product availability.
